- I live in Omsk. It is a city with a population about one million citizens, near the border with Kazakhstan (about 200 km) and 2555 km from Moscow. By the way, it`s South-west Siberia and Trans Siberian Railway goes through our city.

That is such a sad sculpture! Do you know why the artist made him so thin? I'm sure s/he's trying to make a point.
Do the ribbons have a meaning?
the ribbons have not particular meaning, but this sculpture set up near university, so students made up new tradition :)
