This sculpture put up on the main street. It's uncle Stepan, sanitary technician. Often you can notice around visitors from other cities, who take picture. On holidays sombody set behind him glass of vodka or beer. Tradition :)

I have only travelled through Omsk (on the train) without stopping!

Your pictures make me wish I had! Perhaps next time I will do it in summer and bring my own vodka for the sanitary man!
