I live in Omsk. It is a city with a population about one million citizens, near the border with Kazakhstan (about 200 km) and 2555 km from Moscow.
By the way, it`s South-west Siberia and Trans Siberian Railway goes through our city.

How interesting. I was surprised to find (from your link) that in modern times there are ELECTRIC samovars. That almost sounds like an oxymoron.
Why not? Electric samovars just look like old fashion design kettle and it easy use every day :)
